|   Introduce the new online check deposit service and encourage app download

PSBank, known as the peoples’ bank in the Philippines, is in the midst of adding services on their mobile app to be accessible 24/7. The problem, is that older demographics are not using the app.

The insight for the spot: Millennials on their phone are up to no good- they are lazy, entitled and glued to the screen. This is what certain age groups think of Millennials, and they are the ones still wary of using phones to do bank transactions.

How do we change their perception? Positivize the stereotype- and see how good it is to be on the phone.
